REAR AXLE INFORMATION
New Axle Break-In
Our Axles come dry from the factory. We suggest using Trans X Posi Trac Limited-slip gear oil additive. Put the entire 7fl oz tube in and then top off with 80w90 gear oil (Detailed instruction at bottom of this page.) Then you can start the break-in process. Drive your buggy in tight circles and figure eights. Do this for about 15 min. 2-4 times to force the oil in between the plates.
2 SPEED REAR AXLES
When you order a 2-speed axle it comes on a pallet (about 150#) as shown. Lugnut to lug nut is new - so you have new brake components, and heavy-duty axles and hubs. A six-inch lift is built in. The column shifter is extra.

2 SPEED AXLE WITH 4X4 OUTPUT GEARCASE
Club Car axles (ten splines) come with an adapter plate. Make sure that it is oriented correctly for the motor to fit properly. (EZGO axles are 19 splines) The axles come dry - make sure to add a quart of oil (80/90W GL-5) before using. If you prefer synthetics - use 85/140W Valvoline.

REAR GEARCASE: 1 QUART 80W90 GEAR OIL
4X4 GEARBOX: 4-5 OUNCES 80W90 GEAR OIL
FRONT GEARCASE 5 OUNCES MOBILE 424 OR POLARIS DEMAND DRIVE FLUID
IF YOU PREFER SYNTHETICS - USE 85/140W VALVOLINE.
WE SUGGEST PUTTING THE 7FL OZ OF TRANS-X LIMITED SLIP GEAR OIL ADDITIVE IN THEN TOPPING IT OFF WITH THE 80W90 GEAR OIL.
